This season of Christmas is a time of preparing your hearts to experience true spiritual joy, hope, peace and a deep abiding love from God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. For our daily lives are consumed with thoughts and desires that serve the purpose of distracting us from the joy and love our God deeply desires for us.
God desires a deep, personal relationship with us filled with unabashed joy, joy that is not contingent upon what is happening in our lives or on how many possessions we have. True spiritual joy is a precious gift we receive through the Holy Spirit that gives us strength in adversity. In Christ, we have all that we need to be filled with passionate joy despite difficulties, loneliness, financial burdens and disease. Despite those daily things that threaten to weigh heavily upon our spirits, only through Christ and His amazing love are we set free to experience true spiritual joy. With that joy comes an all encompassing peace. Call upon Jesus now and ask Him to fill you with the joy and peace that only He can provide through His great love for us.
Remember God is ever faithful and ever true. As we grow in a personal relationship with God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit through steadfast faith we embrace the hope that was made possible for us through the sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ. For once we walked in darkness, consumed by the fear, sin and burdens of this world, but now we are set free through Jesus Christ our Lord. His sacrifice is the greatest, most astounding act of love ever shared. How blessed we are to be loved so completely in spite of our shortcomings!
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. – Romans 5:1-5
May the love of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit fill you with great joy, hope and peace this Christmas season and beyond.

We live in desperate times; many people are suffering in various ways such as loss of jobs, medical needs, lack of food and shelter, etc. Let’s help each other through these difficult times; give in any way you can. A little goes a long way. That is the Lord Jesus Christ’s way of showing us how to walk in love.
So not only show God’s love this season, but do something to actually make a difference for someone else. Each of us has something worth giving or sharing with another person. Just search your heart!
Reflecting on Lent
Arise my dear ones; awaken your hearts and souls!!!
I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. – John 15:5
Lent is a period of 40 weekdays before Easter (Beginning on Ash Wednesday), observed as a season of penitence. This is also a season for renewal of spiritual growth and a time of reflection. Please use this time wisely and seek a deeper, more personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ!
All parts of the body of Christ have a great purpose and significance in God’s ultimate plan for his kingdom. The most important gift you can give in service to God is to show love to each other. Actions speak louder than words, so show others that you care. There are many opportunities to serve in your church, local communities or in the world. God has given each of us special gifts in order to serve Him. The best way to discover your true gift or passion for serving Christ is to just get out there and try various types of service. When the proper time comes, the Lord will enlighten you with the proper path to choose in order to bring glory to God the Father. Have you discovered your passion for serving the Lord yet? Let me share with you my experience; it has taken me many years of experiencing and practicing various forms of service in order to discover my true gift. Finally, the Lord showed me my path; my true passion of service to the Lord is praying for the needs of others. May the Lord Jesus Christ awaken your spirit to open your hearts to listen and respond to God’s will in your lives.
Let me help to inspire you with the following message for Lent:Learn to lean on God in all things.
Eagerly seek God’s guidance at all times.
Never lose hope – when all appears lost, only if your faith is strong can the most miraculous occur!
Trust in God’s will – you will flourish under his care!
The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you! The Lord turn his face towards you and give you peace! – Numbers 6:24-26
Love & Blessings,
